Balance in Mankind is also necessary in the World today

God has created man in His image. In his image both man and woman were created. From amongst them caste, creed and races were divided, perhaps; this was plan of God. They consist many small & big communities who are known as nations. Within a nation - like in India, there are numerous communities.  It may be the same in all nations in the world. All nations talked about preservation of wild animals, birds, flora and fauna for ecological balance and environmental reasons. In the absence of maintenance of such balance, the existence of mankind is threatened. So all nations are sensitized on the issue and they hold summit for taking precautionary measures. Alright. In all nations - small communities are living and facing extinction today. Their causes are not looked in to by political entities or organization or administration. In the democratic system of administration means the rule of majority in which the interest minority and share in the democracy is insignificant. Their feeble voice  is hard to reach the authority of the country. They are people who are minority in all countries or reduced to minority by the activities of majority. The beauty is God created them as one of nation's communities. But people who are majority and with their intent activities; their existence is threatened and a time will come, they will bid the world a fare well. This is also a kind of imbalance in mankind created like that in ecology and in environment.

Utilization of Man-power in India

India is a land of 1.25 crores people with able man power excluding old and children. The man power is always under utilized. India should have a man power planning in such a way that their energy could be put to use for all productive purposes in all spheres to cater the needs of the world today. In stead of import of goods: she and her people should be exporting the products making it of world class at much cheaper which other countries will not be afford. When production cost is much cheaper in producing in their own country than exporting from India; such countries will be importing as the investment cost shall be more when they produce in their own countries. Therefore, India should contemplate to her  manpower appropriately forthwith and earn foreign exchanges to expedite development in her own country giving a good benefits to the importing countries too.

Learning never stops

Are you tired learning ? If one is tired of learning, one has stopped learning and has blocked his or her mind in learning. There no end in learning. Sky is the limit. But we can not all. What we need to what we require for our activities and some of them for the interest of our society's goodness. A learning makes one self-dependent. This does not mean that an individuals are not dependent on each other. Dependency has always a limitation. An individual should be dependent on others for about 10% of his or her independency and likewise an individual should be independent of each other of his or her 90% dependency. Therefore, one should have open mind in learning irrespective of age that he or she at and be dependent on self alone.

A Humble beginning is a step towards a bigger one

A humble beginning, may be of anything is a step towards making of a grand achievements. Be it a construction of a building of multi-storied one. It begins with laying of foundation on which the strength of building of house construction is largely depended upon. Although a multistoried is to come up - but the digging of it foundational trench for laying all ingredients proportionately and timely including curing have to be taken up at the beginning - with every bit steps with lengths and width measurements to be maintained  accurately. It may look that  apparently some of the insignificant things  might be left out. It should not be so. When this beginning is correctly done and continuity of the residue works of the multistoried construction is followed up during the construction until completion - there can be no hindrance for accomplishment of  it.

Economic Activities for Survivality

Capital is the means of production. Therefore, capital may be any equipment or non-equipment which may be physically non-existent but  means in leading to production. There are many communities in the world who are away from means of production or from the activities of market economy. They do not know even what is market economy. They do get involved in very simple activities for their livelihood. Somehow they make they are living. They are marginalized and left far behind in the path of development in education and in trading. They are engulfed by the outsiders coming from another country and are ruled. They are voices are feeble and not herd by any authority. Perhaps, there is a new for of imperialism coming up in the world today. The creed which can struggle will survived or else died down shortly. World is talking about the conservation of all species animals and environments but not for species of human races. No body is keeping record of them. Even records are preserved, perhaps; for the sake history. Therefore, there will be records of human races for recording in the pages of history but not for their live existence.

Create artificial law & order problems : Eliminate in the name of encounter

The Pratbadi Kalam dated 24-07-2015 with the caption, "Meeting of TSRs  held in camera to counter/halt  IPFT & Maoists" as translated. The caption appears to be so simple but implications of the content of the said news have our grave concern. IPFT is a registered regional political party with the Election Commission of India. It carries out peaceful democratic movement through out the State of Tripura since 2009 A.D demanding statehood of TTAADC areas under Article 3 of the Constitution of India. The IPFT has full faith in the Constitution. Today, India is world's biggest democratic country. Tripura State is part of India wherein the present ruling CPIM Government hatched a meticulous plan to eliminate IPFT leaders by using TSR armed forces in an imaginary encounters or fake encounters. No sensible Government can do this. This is a war declared by the State Government against all tribes in the State to make them mute to demand their legitimate constitutional rights. Once upon a The copy of the news as a clipping is enclosed herewith for reference. However, the content of the said news caption is reproduced below by translating in to English:-
To cripple IPFT completely, the State Government (i.e; Tripura Government) is contemplating to engage TSR forces. An emergent meeting was taken by Mr. T.B Roy, DIGP(TSR) with 13 Commandants(TSR) at Headquarter of 2nd Battalion of TSR on 23-07-2015(Thursday). The meeting started at 04:30 P.M & lasted till 08:30 P.M. A news has been received, the high leaderships of  ruling party and its ministers perceived that the rapid gaining ground of Maoists organization in the State and IPFT's gradual impact could be arrested/stopped through and only through the use of barrels of guns. TSR personnel are preparing to eliminate IPFT leader(s) by practically resorting to in the name of the word "encounter" as and when it would be necessary. A news has been received, to some extent, the environment of extremism in the State has to be brought back very soon. Thereafter, the IPFT and Maoist leaders could be contented through suppression and oppression; to the extent of eliminating them by misuse of TSR forces. This is why, today's emergent meeting is held. The ruling party(i.e CPIM) was dependent on hill people and hill tribes. The failed  Kankdwip movement leader of West Bengal, late Nripen Chakraborty was exiled in Tripura who realized Marxism could be seeded(inculcated) ideally amongst the hill people/tribes. Gradually, the red soil of the hill areas became the red flagged foundation of the Marxism. For which CPIM party of this State has been having a good result for a long time. Now, IPFT is gaining ground rapidly, their leaders are having a good relationship with Delhi; have put the CPIM in a fix. In the mean time, IPFT has declared that they are gathering 1(one) lakh supporters in the capital. There is no doubt, on hearing this, a headache of the Melarmath (CPIM's headquarter) has begun mounting, it will not demount. The matter of countering IPFT by the ruling CPIM party through their organizational forces has been set aside. Because, they(CPIM) is immersed in to unbridled corrupt practices**. So their organization is eroding in different areas. There is a lone reason, people have bitter experiences against the leaderships or the lower strata leaders of CPIM are not willing to be committed. Therefore, the ruling party in Tripura wants to resort to use the forces of administrative machinery to destroy IPFT. It is said that for this reason, an emergent meeting with TSR Commandants was convened. Persons with accusations, who could not be arrested in connection with old cases to be unearthed or against whom such cases are pending, shall be arrested with a view to harass/ suppress/oppress them or even a new concocted cases to be instituted - has been decided/resolved in the meeting. In spite of these steps, those who will remain not contented or will not succumbed  to these pressure, they will be put behind the bar by branding them as extremists or TSR will eliminate them under the cover of the word "encounter". Encounter, the term is not a new issue in the State. In Tripura, to counter increasing extremists menace in the last decade, the police and TSR personnel resorted to such numerous encounters. It did fetch a good result. One such exemplary area was Takarjala ( under Jampuijala Sub-Division, Sipahijala District). Like Tamil extremist LTTE carried out parallel administration in Jaffna of Srilanka, likewise NLFT extremists' organization had their influence  at Takarjala area of the then West Tripura District. Police personnel conducted a numerous encounters to free Takarjala. Some police officers had to become martyrs. Recently, Maoist organization's activities has increased. The Mao leaderships of Jharkhand have started their activities in Sadar North tea garden areas. One of the senior columnists in the State is one amongst top leaders. They narrate the plight of tea garden workers as to how they are oppressed and deprived of rights; with this form of persuade arms have been handed over to the unemployed youth like Bhagirath and Ananta. On 05-07-2015, Pratibadi Kalam(fË¢ah¡c£ Lmj) informed in its published news that as to how two Bolero Vehicle loaded arms has arrived here at Krishnapur Tea Garden area. The news so published that Maoist Organization may kidnap an MLA or a minister. The group was planning for Kidnap of Pranab Debbarma, MLA. The State Government has made Shri T.B Roy, IGP(TSR),in-Charge for countering Maoist activities, the sources said. In summary, ruling party has expressed their confidence in application of arms to eliminate the top political leaders of IPFT and Maoists.

Language is one of identies for the speakers

19th January is Kokborok Language Day. The language is spoken by Tripuris. Tripuris include Tripura, Tripuris, Jamatia, Koloi, Rupini, Uchchoi, Noatia and Reang(Bru) communities of Tripura(India). Tripura was ruled by 184 Kings before merging with India on 15-10-1949. The Kokborok languge is taught in Colleges & University in Tripura. This language was given a State language status in Tripura. Sometimes, some dignitaries in the State mentioned it to be a second language and the Bengali language is the first. The Language Act does not spell that Kokborok is second language and Bengali language is first one. Both the languages are State Language in Tripura(India). There is no question of first or second language as per Act. Kokborok language can not be disregarded by saying Kokborok is a second language in the State. The members of Kokborok speaking should ensure that this language continues to survive as this is their identity. The Government of India should elevate Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council(TTAADC) which is presently under Sixth Schedule of the Constitution of India in to a full-fledged State "Tipraland" for their self-determination under Article 2 & 3 of the said Constitution to save them from extinction for they have been reduced from majority to minority due to historic reasons of refugees influx since 1947 to 1971, although refugees started flowing in to the State from 1946 itself. The Kokborok language & demand for State is for making survival of Tripuri(s) and + other sons of soil.

Save extinct community like sin Andaman

The population of Jarwas in Andaman is 500. The last Jarwa language speaker who was a lady(65) died in 2013. With her death, the Jarwa language extinct. Now, the said 500 Jarwa do not know their language anymore. This is dying community at present. No body/organization(s) is working for saving them from extinction.

Join hands for a Social Cause

I visited Sabual at Jampuii Hills, North Tripura District  yesterday. On way in between Vanghmun & Sabual, I found members of Young Mizo Association(YMA )-NGO are building wooden hut structure for a poor family  of their village by joining their hands. While returning from Subual at the end day, I found that they could complete about 50% of it works. This kind of social works in any corner of the world will make a community grow together and will also survive. It is a good work by YMA, Tripura.
