My TB (Tipra Bisi) or Tipra Era (TE) Thoughts

1.    On the eve of TB or TE, I share my thoughts with all of us whether we can have a new TB resolutions with the following points:- 

1.  We shall revive all of good customs and traditions that were were followed and observed by our forefathers from the time immemorial; at the same time none of the practices are coming in between but can be practised in common by all of us in spite of the fact we follow different religions. A study team or committee may be constituted for the purpose and implementation should be afforded within next six months 
2. Let us form a group to practice speaking kokborok without using words of other languag(exception: in case we do not have the words in our language ) and practice speaking from 1st day of Tipra bisi (TB).Restoration of all good social practices of Tiprasa or Tipra which was practised in the past but discontinued now. A study team or committee may be constituted for the purpose and implementation should be afforded within next six months.

4. A social fund should be created for assisting all needy, poor but meritorious students of all streams in studies; assist poor people who are unable get justice and are struggling in the courts and it is equally applicable to the case social justice for the community in the courts. We have about 30,000 employees including a good number of gazetted officers working under the Government of Tripura and Government of India(GoI); they are working against the quota of STs in Tripura(GoT) as we constitute 31.8% of the total population in the State. the 31% reservation in jobs under GoT; is because of this our reservation quota is 31%. So all who are working under GoT against this quota which is in the name of the communities. Therefore, all of us owe responsibility towards our communities by contributing at least Rs.100 per month towards "Social Relief Fund" as I may term it. A committee may be formed by the so called people belonging intelligentia community for the purpose and contribute in building our society in a humble manner that we together can something for the downtrodden people of our society. I have a lot of other idea sharing. But on the eve TB or TE; let me stop here by expecting a good responds from members of our communities and wishing all of you a prosperous and happy Tipra bisi-1427
